Commenter #1...Sarah Beth! Thank goodness she finally won because she has been talking about wanting to win one of these contests since I first mentioned them.
Let me tell you a little about this fun winner. We are coming up on our "the day we met" anniversary. I met her August of 2006 during sorority recruitment. I was senior, she was a freshman. I saw her on serious night and knew we had to have her. The rest, as they say, is history.
This post isn't the first time she's been mentioned on the ole blog. I first let the blog world know about her last November when I was reliving the years of my life...then I bragged on her a little more when she racked up on all her honors at Honor's Day this year...and most recently I let the blog world in on a special birthday note.
I'm so excited about the job that I just accepted...more on that after these giveaways are over...because I will get to see her lots! She is one of my favorite people at The University of Alabama right now...and I'm counting on her to free up her Friday afternoons so that we can reinstate our standing lunch date at City Cafe.
She's a gem of a girl...and I know this series will come in handy for her as she finishes up her college career and sets off for the real world. Congratulations, Sarah Beth...can't wait to hear what you think about it!
